Because a download is a digital product, we do not offer refunds once a correct file has been delivered and downloaded.

We will refund or fix your order if

• You were charged but the file was not delivered.
• You were charged twice for the same design.
• The PDF is damaged or does not match your preview.

How to ask

Email hello@printjoy.idareyou.in within 7 days with your order reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
